Not me… after I get myself a KTrak bike kit!  Check this thing out:

The KTrak is a kit that fits most any mountain bike, containing a rear-drive track system and a front ‘sled’ that can be installed in about the same amount of time as changing a traditional wheel.

Now the diehard nordic metro-hippies don’t have an excuse to drive their cars in the winter anymore…. bummer!
