Out of this world…. that’s the first thing that comes to mind to describe Ennezero‘s new credenza, the ‘Fullmoon’.  Designed by Sotirios Papadopoulos, this lunar cabinet might be the coolest piece of furniture ever created on planet Earth…. no more worries of waxing, waning, or overcast nights!

Off topic question… why is our moon simply called ‘the moon’, when all other planet’s moons have names?  How unoriginal…. it would be like naming your dog, dog.

Anyway, back to the ridiculously fly sideboard…. this thing would probably be cool enough with just a print of the moon on its facade, but it gets better.  You see, the moon is not an opaque laminate or print, it’s paint that is luminescent… it glows in the dark!

And this thing makes the Metro Hippie list because the paint is actually eco-friendly… it is derived from an ‘ecological powder’ that’s been modified into a substance called ELI, or ‘Ecolightinside’…. well alright!

Unfortunately, the Fullmoon credenza is not going to be found at your local Slumberland anytime soon… it’s on an extremely limited run of only 24 units…. I guess the rest of us will have to keep rockin’ the telescopes to get our lunar fix on.
