Many peops across the land are discovering the benefits and joys of bicycling, particularly in urban areas where congestion and parking are just not that much fun to deal with.  A problem a lot of my hipster friends are finding is that bikes can be expensive and kinda boring looking.  To remedy both of these issues is Republic Bike out of Dania Beach, Florida.  They’ve come up with a super fly concept of customization, offering their Aristotle model in an assortment of color options that you get to personally select… and might I quickly mention that your one-of-a-kind set of wheels will only set you back $399!  Sound too good to be true?  Nay I say!

Mix it up or tone it down, go bold or stay subtle, the choice is 100% yours!  There are no rules with Republic… want different color wheels, a bright red chain and blue handlebars?  Have at it!

I love the bikes with different color rims… they remind me of those husky dogs that have one blue eye and one brown!

The Aristotle is a singlespeed bicycle that has an interchangeable fixed/free hub… if you want to build your hipster cred even more, you roll it fixie, meaning you can’t coast without pedaling.  It takes a bit of time to get used to riding fixed gear because your legs are constantly in motion… but hey, while you’re figuring out to operate your new colorful bike,  you can grow yourself a nice little mustache!

And I love that you can even select various color chains… how cool is that?

The bikes are generally assembled within a couple days of order and shipped for a flat rate of $34.  To get your creative juices flowing, click on the ‘shop’ tab <HERE>
